GREYMANE Central Dust Extraction Plant - 22kW, Cyclone and Baghouse

A 22 kW central dust extraction plant sized for a full woodworking line running together, not a single machine. Cyclone pre-separator ahead of a 240 bag pulse jet house, with rotary discharge airlocks and exhaust duct.

Why the cyclone matters

The cyclone drops the heavy material out before it reaches the bag house. That reduces bag loading and, more importantly, it is the answer to the fire risk question every insurer asks about a bag plant fed directly off saws and sanders.

Height and siting

You need at least 4 m clear for the cyclone and closer to 4.6 m for the full assembly. If your roof is lower than that, the plant goes outdoors against the building. Tell us your clear height and we will lay it out before you commit.

Sizing

Do not buy extraction off a price list. Send us your machine list and we will calculate your actual extraction demand with a realistic diversity factor and tell you honestly whether a smaller unit will do.

What the price includes

Plant, ocean freight, all duties and clearing, delivery to site, installation and commissioning. Ducting runs are quoted once the layout is agreed.

50 / 40 / 10 against order, factory acceptance testing and commissioning. 2 year warranty, held by Connect to China with the manufacturer on your behalf.
