Where they fit

The retinoscope gives you an objective refraction on patients who cannot respond reliably, which covers young children and anyone with communication difficulty. The ophthalmoscope is your direct view of the optic disc and retina. Neither is replaced by an autorefractor or a fundus camera; they answer different questions.

Price and delivery

Price is for the set, all inclusive, delivered duty paid to Johannesburg, covering the instruments, freight, duties, clearing and delivery. Delivery outside Johannesburg is quoted separately.

Lead time is 10 to 12 weeks from the day the deposit reflects, or ask about air freight if you need them sooner.

Payment and warranty

60 percent deposit to start, 40 percent after factory inspection. 2 year manufacturer warranty, held by Connect to China with the manufacturer on your behalf.
