GREYMANE QT15-15 Automatic Block and Paver Line - Turnkey Installed

A full automatic block and paver production line, delivered to your site, installed and commissioned. Produces hollow blocks, solid blocks, maxi bricks and pavers on GMT pallets with automatic batching, mixing, forming, stacking and material handling.

Moulds for the South African market

The standard SA hollow block is 390 x 140 x 190 mm, which is different to the 400 x 200 x 200 mm size Chinese factories show in their brochures. Moulds are made to the SA size. Maxi brick, paver, bevel and zigzag mould sets are all available.

What the price includes

Equipment, ocean freight, port charges, duties, clearing, inland transport to site, offloading and handling equipment, plus installation and commissioning by two factory trained engineers over approximately 20 working days.

Delivery

Production takes about 45 days, ocean freight about 30 days, then clearing, inland delivery and installation. The line ships in multiple 40 ft containers.

Payment and warranty

30 percent on order, 60 percent before shipment, 10 percent on handover. 14 month warranty, held by Connect to China with the manufacturer on your behalf. Factory acceptance testing is carried out before shipment and you are welcome to attend.

What you provide

Civil works, foundations, a covered workshop area, power supply to the panel, and raw material supply. We will give you the foundation drawings and layout well ahead of delivery.

Smaller lines

If this capacity is beyond what you need, QT6-15 and QT4-15 lines cost substantially less and suit a startup yard. Tell us your daily block target and we will size the right machine.
